Writing Workshops
The Florida Chapter of the Mystery Writers of America presents the second annual All Write event on Saturday, Oct. 6, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at Nova Southeastern University’s Alvin Sherman Library, Room 2053. The event will be comprised of four mini-workshops designed to help novice and seasoned authors hone their writing skills. Following are the MWA authors who will speak as well as this year’s topics: Elaine Viets (short stories), Rebecca Swope (self-editing), Jenna Kernan (point of view), and MWA-Florida Chapter President Diane A.S. Stuckart (dialogue vs. narrative). The event is free and open to the public, however, reservations will be required as seating is limited.
